The written report is one of the
features that sets me aside from the competition. The report is a computer generated
narrative style document using state of the art Inspectit ® software. The report
is 30 to 40 pages long and includes photos of the property and diagrams to help
explain any problem areas. The AIBQ standards of practice are followed in
creating the report which will be e-mailed to you usually within 48 hours of the
inspection, followed by a printed copy using Xpress Post®.
