The written report is one of the
features that sets Professional Building Inspections aside from the competition, it is a computer generated
narrative style word document using state of the art Inspectit ® software. The report
itself is 40 to 50 pages long including photos of problem areas, diagrams for greater clarity as well as a section containing annexes. The AIBQ standards of practice are used in
creating the report which is delivered by email within 2 days of the
inspection unless otherwise agreed.
