THE WRITTEN REPORT
The written report is one of the features that sets Professional Building Inspections aside from the competition with a narrative style report generated using the state of the art HomeGauge software that documents the condition of the home as well as maintenance tips. The report includes photos of problem areas, diagrams for greater clarity plus additional sections containing useful information.
The written report follows the InterNachi-Quebec standards of practice and it is available for viewing or download from HomeGauge's secure website within 2 days of the on site inspection visit unless otherwise agreed.
